The Uganda Flowers Exporters Association (UFEA), a non-profit organization was established in 1993 as an umbrella organization bringing together all stakeholders in the flower industry in Uganda. Currently it consists of 18 flower farms and its target is to recruit at least two new members every year. The Asssociation provides business development services to members including training, research and development, marketing information and networks, and monitoring of standards and quality. It's through the Association that efforts to influence Government policies that affect the industry are lobbied and advocated for.
