Odo Kloecker

Odo Kloecker is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at Uffective since October 2014, where the mission is to enhance decision-making impact. Prior to Uffective, Kloecker held several key positions at Vodafone Germany from January 2004 to September 2014, including Head of Technology Strategy and Head of Demand Management Wholesale. Earlier experience includes roles at Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen as a Scientific Assistant and an internship in Digital IC Design at Infineon Technologies. Kloecker holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and completed a Business Strategy Course at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics. Early education includes a high school diploma from Cleveland High School in Portland, Oregon.
