Cefv Velarde

Cefv Velarde is currently the Head of New Products and Customer Relations for Latin America, specializing in connectivity solutions to enhance customer experience. With a background in electronic engineering from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, they have extensive experience, having served as the Head of Customer Engineering and as IP Leader at Columbus Networks, where they optimized network procedures and managed project developments. At ITS InfoCom, Cefv contributed significantly by authoring over 300 engineering documents and providing support across various network levels. Throughout their career, Cefv has focused on effective network operations, security, and collaboration between employees and customers.
