Grant Wee

Grant Wee is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Trapeze Group, established in January 2020, focusing on brands that promote wellbeing in an innovative and holistic manner. Additionally, Grant is a Committee Member at Soho House & Co since May 2022, contributing to the development of the Soho House community, and serves as Co-Owner and Director at UFIT Singapore since December 2018. Previous experience includes a role as Management Consultant at Boston Consulting Group from February 2018 to January 2020, where Grant contributed to significant cost-saving transformations for large-scale clients, including a prominent mining company and a national airline carrier. Grant's earlier positions include Private Equity Summer Analyst at Dymon Asia Capital and Summer Intern at The Lo & Behold Group. Grant holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Durham University, completed in 2016, and an International Baccalaureate from St. Joseph’s Institution International.
