Scott Lear

Scott Lear is an experienced program and customer success manager with a strong background in operations and implementation within the technology and financial services industries. Currently serving as Program Manager for CORE Systems Conversions at UFS Tech, Scott previously held the position of Director of Customer Operations at MSI Data, where initiatives included improving billable utilization and developing a customer engagement model. Prior experience includes leading Customer Success teams as Vice President at NCR Corporation and FIS, where Scott focused on operational excellence and the integration of customer requirements across various service platforms. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
