Based in Berlin, u:fynd is recruiting talents from various areas for young and innovative tech start and scale-ups. We don’t operate like your average recruiting company - we firmly believe that taking the time to identify your perfect match pays off in the end. In other words: we’re looking for something serious! That’s why, rather than just filling up vacancies, we’re pursuing an innovative match-making procedure in order to lift you and the startups we work with to the next level.

We are currently working on maximizing the chances for perfect matches. Providing you with different personality and team-role tests will allow us to achieve the best possible fit between you and your future team. This will be accompanied by short videos presenting the start-ups we’re working with and other interactive elements.
