Eric Carr

Eric Carr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in facilities operations and management across multiple sectors, including bio-pharma and technology. Currently serving as Account Director and Facilities Operations Manager at UG2, Carr leads operations for two Bio-Pharma sites in Cambridge, overseeing a significant high-rise laboratory/office construction and managing a team of engineers and technicians. Previously, Carr held various roles at JLL, including Facilities Manager for Amazon, where responsibilities included budget development and managing multiple facility sites. Additional experience includes project management at JLL and facilities management for notable clients such as Microsoft and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at CBRE. Carr's educational background includes studies at the University of Michigan-Flint and Grand Valley State University.
