David BOITELET

David Boitelet has extensive experience in the field of construction and project management, with roles at multiple companies. At EMERIGE Résidentiel, from September 2017 to December 2020, David served as Responsable Technique Conception - Pôle Logement, where responsibilities included technical feasibility analysis, risk assessment, and collaboration with architects and project managers during project design and execution phases. Prior experience includes positions as Ingénieur Etudes de Prix at Demathieu et Bard, leading price studies for public and private markets, and engagement in various roles in construction management and engineering since 2009, including significant involvement in the Saint-John Perse project. Currently, David holds the position of Responsable de Projet Travaux at UGAP, further enhancing expertise in project oversight and delivery. Educational qualifications include a Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie in Civil Engineering from Institut Universitaire de Technologie de Reims Champagne Ardenne and a Diplôme d'Ingénieur from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
