Amanda Decowski, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of AmeriGas Field HR at UGI Corporation, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Amanda accumulated extensive experience at Vistra Corp. from December 2018 to October 2025, holding various titles including Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Manager.
