Jason Rich

Jason Rich has extensive work experience in the field of treasury and finance. Jason currently holds the position of Vice President and Treasurer at UGI Corporation, where they are responsible for developing capital structure strategy and executing financing for mergers and acquisitions and refinancing. Jason has led transactions worth over $4.0 billion since 2019.
