Ryan Nichols

Ryan Nichols is currently serving as Corporate and Securities Counsel at UGI Corporation, a position held since 2025. Previously, Ryan worked as an Executive Compensation Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and Moore & Van Allen PLLC, providing expertise in executive compensation and corporate transactions. They gained diverse experience in the legal field, including roles as a Summer Associate at Wilson Worley Moore Gamble & Stout PC and a Judicial Extern for the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. Ryan earned a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
