Sandhya S. A. has a diverse work experience. Sandhya S. started their career in 2005 as an Assistant Consultant for Tata Consultancy Services and worked there until 2013. Sandhya S. then worked as a Senior Project Manager for Intelliswift Software, Inc. and as a Program Manager for PayPal in 2014. In 2015, they worked on a Multidisciplinary Action Project for a Media and Entertainment Startup. In 2016, they joined Crestwood Midstream Partners LP for a Capstone Project and AmeriGas for the Strategic Initiatives Office. In 2017, they joined UGI Energy Services for a Data Governance role in Finance. Since 2016, they have been with UGI Corporation, where they first participated in the MBA Leadership Development Program and then worked as a Manager in IT Strategy. Sandhya S. was later promoted to the role of Director in the Office of the CIO and is currently serving as the Director of IT Strategy, Governance & Infrastructure Services. Additionally, since 2021, they have been serving as the Vice Chair of the Technology Committee for The POWER of Professional Women, a non-profit organization.
