Wendy Laverty

Wendy Laverty is a seasoned professional in leadership and talent development, currently serving as the Global Enterprise Lead for Learning and Development at UGI Corporation since October 2021, where responsibilities include managing learning solutions for a workforce of 12,000 employees and leading cross-functional teams. Prior to this role, Wendy held the position of Principal of Leadership and Talent Development at UGI Utilities, Inc., from June 2015 to September 2021, where Wendy successfully rebuilt the leadership development program and managed a team of 2,000 employees. Wendy's earlier experience includes serving as University Administrator and Director of Leadership and Talent Development at ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, Inc., where individualized succession plans were designed, and the establishment of a new multi-campus Spanish department at Plumstead Christian School. Wendy is further enhancing expertise through participation in the Leadership Coaching Executive Certificate Program at Georgetown University, complementing a Master of Education in Adult Education and Leadership Development from Cabrini University.
