Mark Baxter is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the rail industry. Currently serving as the Executive General Manager of Engineering, Supply Chain & Projects at UGL Rail since April 2011, Mark has previously held the position of Executive General Manager of Passenger Services at Downer EDI Rail from 1999 to December 2010, where responsibility for a $300 million business unit included managing business development, sales, and capital projects. Mark also served as Executive General Manager of Engineering at Downer EDI Rail, overseeing the design engineering function across multiple sites and driving innovative product development. Mark holds an MBA in Technology Management from Chifley Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering with honors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney.
