Founded in 1987, UGS is a company with over 30 years of experience in sheet metal stamping and cold working. Thanks to our passion for precision and technological innovation, we serve key sectors such as household appliances, automotive, electronics, and mechanics.

What We Do
Sheet Metal Stamping: 24 presses (automatic and manual) with capacities up to 1200 tons, processing thicknesses ranging from 0.45 mm to 12 mm.
Laser Cutting: Two fiber machines (3000W and 6000W) for precision cuts up to:
25 mm (Fe), 15 mm (Stainless Steel), 20 mm (Aluminum).
Bending and Welding: 6 CNC bending presses up to 3000 mm in length and MIG-TIG-RW welding with the support of ABB robots.
Assembly: We create component assemblies with inserts, rivets, and self-locking nuts, ensuring ready-to-use solutions.
Technological Innovation
We believe in Innovation Technology as a strategic driver for our development. We have invested in a robotic laser cutting island compliant with Industry 4.0 standards and an advanced MES MAK system for real-time production control.
