Jonas Upton-Hansen is a seasoned professional in architecture and urban design, currently serving as Co-Founder at NetZed since March 2023, focusing on efforts to meet the UK's NetZero carbon emissions mandate by 2050. As Co-Founder of Habiterra since November 2020 and Founder & Director of UHA since 2011, Jonas has led a studio engaged in diverse projects encompassing urban design, architecture, interior, and product design. Prior experience includes a role as Associate Principal Architect at Murphy/Jahn from 2005 to 2010 and as an Architect at Foster and Partners from 2002 to 2005. Jonas holds an AA Diploma in Architecture from the Architectural Association School of Architecture.

Distributed across 6 time zones, our team of Architects, designers, urbanists, visualisers, sustainability consultants, and project managers design and deliver projects around the clock. As office hours draw to a close in Tokyo, work continues in Mumbai and construction sites open in London. With over 40 projects currently under construction across 3 continents, our multi-nodal studio provides a variety of services within an accelerated timeline.
