Amber Huggins

Amber Huggins is a dynamic leader currently serving as the Director of Government Programs at UnitedHealth Group, where they manage the Episode of Care Practice Performance Managers team for Tennessee. With previous roles including Manager of Provider Services and Advocacy, Amber has extensive experience in coordinating provider education opportunities and state association conferences. Amber began their career at CHC as the Department of Education Secretary and has held various marketing and advocacy positions throughout their journey. They hold multiple degrees, including an Associate of Arts in Communication from Florida College and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Western Kentucky University.
