Amber Zeug

Amber Zeug is a Principal Cybersecurity Analyst in Incident Response at UnitedHealth Group, a position held since 2024. Previously, they worked as a Senior Information Security Engineer, IT Security Analyst, and Information Security Engineer at the same company. Amber has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Capella University, pursuing their degree from 2022 to 2025. They also hold an Associate in Applied Science in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Minneapolis, earned between 2007 and 2008. Prior to their career in cybersecurity, Amber managed a Cold Stone Creamery from 2005 to 2014.
