Ann Dew is currently a TPA Senior Field Account Manager at UnitedHealth Group, where they manage and retain assigned SAE customers while ensuring satisfaction and contract renewal. Previously, they held various roles within UnitedHealth Group, including TPA Field Account Manager and Client Service Consultant, focusing on account management and customer relations. Ann also contributed to SkillsUSA as an Alumni State Coordinator and served in multiple administrative positions in various organizations. Ann obtained an Associate's degree in Business Information Systems from Sinclair Community College and studied Applied Communications at Franklin University.
