Ben Rogers

Ben Rogers is a design strategist currently serving as a Sr. Principal Design Strategist at UnitedHealth Group, where they lead the Medicare Design Studio, crafting end-to-end experiences for complex initiatives. Previously, they held roles such as Product Design Lead and User Experience Manager at Pearson, where they managed multidisciplinary teams and facilitated design sprints. Ben's diverse experience also includes positions at Mad*Pow, Mindstream Interactive, and as an educator, shaping their inclusive and collaborative approach to design. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from DeVry University and a Master's degree in Education from Florida Atlantic University.
