Beth McElwain

Beth McElwain is the Director of Business Infrastructure and Transformation at United Health Group, where they focus on creating scalable solutions in healthcare and operations development. Previously, they held roles such as Director Operations at Optum Fitness, where they implemented competitive strategies to grow a national fitness network, and Education Coordinator for the Healthy Lifestyles Program at Children's Mercy Family Health Partners, which enhanced providers' capabilities in tackling pediatric obesity. They earned a Master’s in Public Health with a focus on Pediatric Obesity from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and a BS/BA in Nutrition and Hispanic Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
