Brian Jones is a seasoned benefits professional with over 20 years of experience in benefits administration. Currently serving as Director of Benefits Administration at UnitedHealth Group, Brian leads a team responsible for administering health and welfare benefits for over 250,000 U.S. employees. Previously, Brian held roles including Associate Director of Health Benefits and Benefits Consultant at UnitedHealth Group, and Senior Benefits Administrator at SpartanNash, where they managed various health and welfare projects and built strong vendor relationships. Brian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Human Resource Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
