They have held significant roles in previous companies, including PJ Fitzpatrick and Bank of America, where Bruce successfully implemented strategies that drove growth and improved operational processes. Bruce holds an MBA from Goldey Beacom College and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Frostburg State University.
