Bryan Spearman, MBA, LSSGB, is a strategic leader with over twenty-five years of management experience and fifteen years in systems analysis and marketing. Currently serving as the Senior Program Manager at UnitedHealth Group, they have successfully overseen multi-million dollar businesses, ensuring high-quality technical and operational support for global customers. Bryan's past roles include Senior Portfolio Manager at Optum Technology and Deputy Director at Samsung Electronics, where they led initiatives in business process improvement and digital transformation. An adjunct professor at Texas Southern University and the University of Phoenix for over a decade, Bryan has also contributed significantly to leadership training and program development throughout their career. They hold a BS in Computer Science and an MBA in International Business and Management from Wayland Baptist University.
