Camilla Startev, M.S., is an accomplished UX Project Manager and CX Researcher with extensive experience in user experience research and design. Currently serving at UnitedHealth Group since January 2025, previous roles include UX Project Manager at Side, Sr. UX Researcher at Thomson Reuters, and UX Researcher & Designer at Earth Hero and Raft. Responsibilities have encompassed creating test plans, recruiting and moderating users, conducting usability testing, and performing both qualitative and quantitative UX research. Camilla holds a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Interregional University of Tiraspol, complemented by additional education in User Experience Research and Design from the University of Michigan, and ongoing studies at The Interaction Design Foundation in UX Research.
