Chad Murphy

Chad Murphy is currently the Senior Director of Total Reward (EMEA) at UnitedHealth Group, a position held since 2021. They previously served as Total Rewards Director for LATAM at the same company from 2016 to 2021. Earlier in their career, Chad worked as a Senior Reward Advisor at Dollond & Aitchison and as a Reward Analyst at Aviva, further establishing their expertise in compensation and rewards through roles at Vodafone. Chad holds a degree in Economics from the University of Leicester and a Master's in Human Resource Management from Birmingham City University.
