Charles Lederman

Charles Lederman is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and information technology architecture. Serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering at UnitedHealth Group since June 2005, Charles leads the design and development of an enterprise platform focused on metadata management and governance processes for data migration to the cloud. Previously, as Senior Director of Information Technology Architecture, Charles directed teams in product migration and service integration, emphasizing a consumer-focused and DevOps approach. Charles's earlier roles include Technical Architect at Idea Integration, where major healthcare applications were developed, and System Architect at FNX Limited, where Charles designed complex market quote systems. Charles began a career in technology as a Software Engineer at The Hutton Company, Inc. Charles holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
