Cheryl Monroe

Cheryl Monroe is an accomplished professional in the healthcare and clinical data management sectors, currently serving as Associate Director at UnitedHealth Group since August 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing monthly ETL processes, source data updates, and enhancing the vital data pool for outpatient reporting. Prior to this, Cheryl held the position of Senior Clinical Analysis Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, focusing on the development of outcomes and process measures and consulting with stakeholders on data needs. Cheryl also has extensive experience from St. Jude Medical, where roles ranged from Supervisor of Clinical Data Processes to Sr. Data Analyst and Clinical Research Monitor, demonstrating strong leadership and analytical capabilities in managing clinical research data across various settings. Cheryl earned an MPH in Biostatistics from UNT Health Science Center and a BS in Biology from Texas Woman's University.
