Crystal Martinez, MBA, LSSGB, is an accomplished professional in healthcare product management and provider strategy with extensive experience at UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities have included roles such as Director of Product Management and Senior Director of Provider Strategy & Engagement. Prior to this, Crystal held significant positions at Naviguard and Zenefits, demonstrating expertise in carrier resolutions and client support.
