Dan Rogoff

Dan Rogoff is the Deputy General Counsel at UnitedHealth Group, serving the general counsel of UnitedHealthcare Specialty Benefits, which caters to 50 million members across various lines of business. They manage a team of eight attorneys and nine legal professionals, leveraging expertise in managed health care, regulatory affairs, compliance, and corporate governance. Previously, Dan worked as the regulatory affairs attorney for UnitedHealthcare's California, Arizona, and Hawaii health plans, and held roles as General Counsel at both a Medicaid health plan and a digital media company backed by Softbank. Dan earned a Doctor of Law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA from UC Santa Barbara.
