Declan McLaughlin

Declan McLaughlin is a Network Program Manager with extensive experience in project leadership and team management across multiple industries. At UnitedHealth Group, they led business-critical projects and managed multi-site operations in medical claims processing from 2017 to 2020. Prior to this, Declan served as a Senior Store Manager at Halfords from 2011 to 2016, where they excelled in coaching and developing teams while driving sales performance. Declan holds an MSc in International Business from the University of Ulster and a Foundation Degree in Retailing from The Manchester Metropolitan University, along with a BA in History & Archaeology from the University of Leicester.
