Doug Whipp is a results-driven IT security and cyber operations expert with over 21 years of technology experience, including 15 years in people leadership. They currently serve as a Principal Engineer for Cyber Security Insider Threat at UnitedHealth Group and previously managed Data Protection Operations at Nationwide, focusing on detecting and preventing insider threats. Doug also held the position of Cyber Risk Leader at Nationwide, where they implemented comprehensive threat detection strategies and collaborated with various departments to enhance security policies. They hold an MBA in Management and Strategy and a BS in Management Information Systems from The Ohio State University.
