Eileen Russo

Eileen Russo is a seasoned executive currently serving as the General Manager of Ambulatory Services at OptumInsight. Previously, Eileen held various leadership roles at The Advisory Board Company, where Eileen consistently exceeded sales growth targets and developed innovative business models in revenue cycle consulting. Eileen also has extensive experience in designing training resources as the Vice President of Research and Development at HRDQ and has worked as a consultant for a diverse array of organizations. Eileen earned both a PhD and an M.S. in Social Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fairfield University.
