Eric Harrell

Eric Harrell has over 15 years of experience in organizational change management and project leadership. Currently serving as Director of Optum Advisory Services at UnitedHealth Group since September 2008, Eric specializes in communication and training strategy design, process redesign, and survey development and analysis. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Senior Consultant at eLoyalty for eight years, where expertise in consulting was developed. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of the South, complemented by additional education at Yale University.
