Eric Roling

Eric Roling is the Senior Director of Benefits - Mergers and Acquisitions at UnitedHealth Group, bringing over 25 years of experience as a benefits consultant and leader. They currently coordinate due diligence activities across diverse benefits areas, oversee governance for multiple entities, and lead benefits integration processes. Prior to this role, Eric held positions at Deloitte as a Senior Manager and at Donaldson as Benefits Manager, specializing in employee benefits design and administration. Eric earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science and Finance from Drake University.
