Heather Bell

Heather Bell is the Director of Strategy and Analytics at Optum, where they research and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to communicate the value of the company's offerings. Prior to this role, Heather held various positions in healthcare benefit management, including Director of Corporate Benefits at Bertelsmann, where they led strategies yielding significant cost savings. They also served as Program Manager at UCSF, launching a statewide osteoporosis management program. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Davis, and a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
