Jane Blaney, JD, MSQM, is currently the Associate General Counsel for Technology and Artificial Intelligence at UnitedHealth Group and an Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, teaching Health Care Compliance Laws and Regulations. Jane assists clients with regulatory and transactional needs, specializing in data strategy, privacy, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. Jane has previously held positions at Foley & Lardner LLP, Faegre Drinker, and various academic and healthcare institutions, contributing a diverse perspective from both clinical healthcare and legal backgrounds. Jane earned a summa cum laude JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and holds a Master of Science in Quantitative Management from Duke University.
