Joel Weber

Joel Weber is a Creative Director at Tilt Studios, UnitedHealth Group, where they lead video content initiatives and foster creative collaboration among a team of 14 professionals. With over 15 years of experience in film, they have served as Director of Photography for various notable productions, including "Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern" and the award-winning documentary "The Listening Project." Joel co-founded Rikshaw Films, where they have produced high-quality visual content across more than 50 countries, marrying storytelling excellence with technical expertise. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Film Studies from the University of Minnesota and a Master's degree in International Business from Saint Mary's University.
