John Howalt is currently the Associate Director of the IVR Solutions Group at UnitedHealth Group, a position held since 2006. Prior to this, John worked at Accenture as a Manager, Consultant, and Analyst from 1997 to 2006, and also served as the IVR Capabilities Manager at Best Buy Co. from 2003 to 2006. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Psychology from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management between 1990 and 1993.
