Judy Sinclair

Judy Sinclair possesses extensive experience in human capital management, having served in various leadership roles throughout a career spanning over four decades. Currently, Judy serves as a Human Capital Partner at UnitedHealth Group, a position held since 2006, with a focus on strategic human resource initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Allianz Life as an ESS Business Partner, GE Security as VP-HR, and American Express Financial Advisors (now Ameriprise Financial) as an HR Relationship Leader. Judy's foundational experience was gained at St. Paul Travelers, where Judy worked for 20 years as HR Manager. Judy holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
