Kyle Flann

Kyle Flann is currently the Director of Tax - M&A at UnitedHealth Group, a position they have held since 2023 after serving as Associate Director of Tax and in various tax-related roles since joining the company in 2016. With a strong background in U.S. federal, state, and international tax issues, Kyle specializes in Mergers and Acquisitions, providing expertise in due diligence, transaction structuring, and tax planning. Before their tenure at UnitedHealth Group, Kyle worked at PwC as a Senior Associate, focusing on M&A tax matters, and began their career as an attorney with experience in business law and estate planning.
