Laura Dreon is an OTCS ITIL Process Consultant who has extensive experience in change management. They began their career as a Change Manager at Northwest Airlines from 1993 to 2003, then worked in various roles related to ITIL processes at ACS, a Xerox Company from 2004 to 2007, and Faegre & Benson from 2007 to 2009. Since 2009, Laura has been serving as a Change and Release Manager (CPPM) at OptumInsight. Laura completed their high school education at John F. Kennedy Sr. High from 1972 to 1974.
