Lexie Hoops

Lexie Hoops is currently the Vice President of Enterprise Strategy at UnitedHealth Group, where they focus on executing growth initiatives and enhancing organizational clarity. Previously, Lexie held various roles in operations strategy and talent management at DaVita Kidney Care and DaVita Medical Group from 2016 to 2019. Lexie contributed to early career development as a Senior Director at UnitedHealth Group and served as an Analyst and Senior Manager in talent management at Optum. Lexie is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of St. Thomas, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
