Mark Allen

Mark Allen has extensive experience in the healthcare and finance sectors, notably serving at UnitedHealth Group since 1999 in various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Optum Health National Network and Vice President of Medicare Advantage. In these positions, Mark is responsible for developing Medicare Advantage capabilities to enhance revenue growth, as well as integrating customer experience data with financial metrics to assess improvements in service delivery. Mark has also contributed as Vice President of Global Health, focusing on data analytics for clinical programs and advanced provider contracting. Previous roles within UnitedHealth include Chief of Staff for the Employer & Individual Business and Director of Corporate Development. Earlier experience includes work as a Corporate Finance Associate at Arthur Andersen and as a Financial Analyst at Apogee Enterprises. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Finance from the University of Minnesota.
