Mark Bierbaum is a retired Medicaid business and IT executive with over 15 years of experience leading enterprise-level migration and standardization programs. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Medicaid Business Operations and Claim Platform Business Owner at UnitedHealth Group, Mark directs the migration of over 6 million members to a strategic claim platform and manages a $150 million portfolio of IT investments. Prior to this role, Mark held various positions at IBM, Aetna, Time Warner, and The Hartford, developing a strong expertise in program management, financial planning, and IT strategy. Mark earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Binghamton University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development from Cornell University.
