Mark Ennis

Mark Ennis, CBCP, is the Director of Enterprise Resiliency at UnitedHealth Group, where they continue to enhance organizational stability and disaster recovery strategies. Previously, Mark held leadership roles, including Director of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity at Change Healthcare and AVP of Disaster Recovery at OneWest Bank. Their extensive experience in network operations began at Infonet, where they contributed to award-winning customer care and significantly reduced service restoration times. Mark also served as VP of Network Operations at Magnio, Inc. and Sr. Manager of Data Center Operations at XO Communications, demonstrating a consistent commitment to operational excellence in complex environments. Mark earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
