Mark J. Gallagher

Mark J. Gallagher is the Vice President of External Affairs at UnitedHealth Group. Previously, they served as Executive Vice President of Public Policy and Communications at the Massachusetts High Technology Council, and worked as Vice President of Public Affairs and Government Relations at Fidelity Investments. Earlier in their career, they held positions as Government Relations Counsel at ML Strategies, LLC and Associate at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, GIovsky & Popeo, P.C. Gallagher is currently pursuing a BA in Political Science at Boston College and a JD, magna cum laude, at Suffolk University Law School.
