Michael Hampton

Michael Hampton, FLMI, ALHC, is the Director of Regulatory Affairs at UnitedHealth Group, where they have worked since 1988. They currently oversee regulatory affairs for UnitedHealthcare Employer and Individual, serving as the state lead in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Michael previously held the position of Director of Government Affairs at Golden Rule Insurance from 1988 to 2008. They earned a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Illinois State University.
