Previous roles at UnitedHealth Group include Sr. Capability Manager, Release Train Engineer, Project Manager, and Product Owner, focusing on strategic product vision, operational support, project delivery, and managing capital projects. Prior to this, Michael worked at Target as a Business Analyst and Sourcing Specialist, managing product timelines and negotiations. Michael’s earlier experience includes teaching English as a Foreign Trainer and English Teacher in various educational environments.
