Nancy Parson

Nancy Parson has extensive experience in healthcare management and leadership, with a distinguished career in both military and civilian roles. From January 2018 to May 2020, Nancy served as the Army Nurse Corps Chief of Personnel and Workforce Management at the United States Army Human Resources Command. Currently, Nancy is the Vice President of Clinical and Quality Operations at UnitedHealth Group since October 2023. Prior to this, Nancy held various executive positions in the US Army, including Director of Patient Care Integration and Chief of Women's Health Service Line, as well as Chief Executive Officer and Hospital Commander at Weed Army Community Hospital from May 2020 to July 2022. Nancy also served as Chief Executive Officer and Battalion Commander of the U.S. Army 2nd Medical Recruiting Battalion from June 2013 to July 2015. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Registered Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University, a Master’s degree in Clinical Nurse Specialist from Old Dominion University, and a Master’s degree in Military Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College.
